The following 7-Segment Display Decoder Circuit Design uses the 4511 IC as the heart of the processor. The 4511 convert the logic states at the outputs of a BCD, or binary coded decimal into signals which will display the equivalent numeral (0 to 9) on a 7-Segment display.
