Electronics Circuit Diagram

The following schematic shows the design of a Simple VGA to SCART Adapter Circuit Board and PCB Layout. This circuit design combine the VGA synchronization signals into composite TV synchronization signal. It uses a TTL IC, two transistors and a few resistors. Just connect a male VGA connector to your PC and a SCART connector for your TV.
